SHIPPING POLICY
Our hair typically has a 2 day processing time. Shipping can take around 3-7 working days.
Please note: Shipping can be delayed due to incorrect shipping/billing addresses that do not match, so please be mindful when typing in your address and postcode.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds are only acceptable in the case that the hair is sent back in the same condition it was received in, and within 5 days of receipt (subject to our terms and conditions). The bundle cannot be worn, cut/tampered with or the refund will be denied. The same applies to our lace systems.
Due to the nature and intimacy of wigs. All wigs are non-refundable if the lace is cut or damaged. Refunds must be processed within 5 days of receipt (subject to our terms and conditions).
COLLECTION
Hair can be collected from the Studio and for your appointment. This option is available when you checkout; collection address will be sent seperately. If you wish to use this option you can also contact me directly. This option is only valid if you order the hair at least one week before your appointment (failure to do so will not guarantee that what you require is in stock).
